Getting Started
We begin with a comprehensive intake meeting with you and your child to understand your goals, gather background information, and observe your child in their natural environment.
From there, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completes a detailed assessment and develops a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs.
The treatment plan is submitted to your insurance for approval. Once approved, we’ll coordinate a schedule and begin services.

Freedom Family Services was founded in 2020 with a mission to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services rooted in compassion and clinical excellence.
Our services are led by a Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience, ensuring clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes for every child we serve.
We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the clinic, home, community, and via Telehealth, allowing for flexible, real-world skill development across settings.
Freedom Family Services is in-network with Tricare (Humana), Sentara Health Plans, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Medicaid, and also offers private pay options.
We work closely with families throughout the process to ensure progress continues beyond sessions and into everyday life.
